Queensland
Queensland, Australia's second largest state, occupies the north-eastern section of the mainland continent (1.9 million km2 - 4.4 million inhabitants). It is bordered by the Northern Territory to the west, South Australia to the south-west and New South Wales to the south. The state's capital city is Brisbane. The photographs in this section were taken around Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
